Shipping Information

Where do you ship to?

Galaxy Puzzles ships internationally.  We ship using the United States Postal Service either via Priority Mail or Parcel Post.  All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are via Priority Mail.  We are able to ship to post office boxes and military addresses.

When will you mail my package?

The vast majority of packages are mailed within one business day of the receipt of your order. 

Priority Mail is via air and usually takes two to three days from the time of shipment.

Parcel Post is via ground and can take a week to ten days and in some cases even longer.  Please choose Priority Mail if you are in a rush.  The greater the distance from Michigan, the longer your shipment will take.

Shipments overseas usually take approximately a week, but that can vary somewhat.  It is not unusual for packages going overseas to take up to two weeks to reach their destination.

Will I be able to track my package?

Galaxy Puzzles will provide you with delivery confirmation tracking information.  In the case of international shipments, you will be able to track it if you purchase Express shipping.  Other methods of international shipping are not trackable.
